I'd appreciate payment within 48 hours via paypal. If you are having any problems with paypal please email me so that I can help to sort it out.

Due to an increasing number of non payers please read the following: Please only buy if you intend to pay - remember, when you buy an item, I have to pay the listing and sellers fees. For non-payment, I always send two or three nice reminders, before cancelling the sale with Etsy so that Etsy can refund my fees and I'm not out of pocket.

I will always despatch patterns within 24 hours of payment being received. (Normally I can email within a few hours except on Wednesdays and Thursdays). Please remember I am in the UK so don't forget to allow for differences in time zones.

I will send you an email through etsy as soon as I have sent the pattern. If you have not received your pattern within 24 hours, please check your spam emails and filter first, then let me know by email through etsy so that I can resend if necessary.

Handmade items will be shipped as soon as cleared payment is received. Shipping time from the UK will depend on the country being shipped to. I will always obtain a certificate of posting and cannot be held accountable for items lost in transit.

I ship to countries outside of the UK but I am not responsible for any duties or customs fees on International Orders. These remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.

My patterns are copyright protected and should not be copied, shared and/or redistributed without my agreement.

Purchasing one of my patterns does not automatically give you permission or licence to sell items made from that pattern for personal commercial gain, unless otherwise stated in the pattern.

I do however give permission for items to be made and sold solely for charity fundraising.
